Your womb holds sacred creation force

Can we go ancient with feminism ?

Western feminism is all about equal rights. And while this for sure is an important movement that we are allowed to vote and to work I feel it is a very colonial approach. It seems very genuine to us that women now are allowed to do the same work like men do and that by working we are finally acknowledged and valued as strong. Yet our menstruation still is afflicted with shame. Do you remember these moments when asking a friend for a tampon instantly feeling your face turning red? And why do we call it empowernment when motherhood is only protected for 8 weeks by the state after birthing a child? Why are there so much doctors that easily prescribe the anti baby pill to young teenagers to stop their menstrual bleeding ? And why do we live in a society in that the female body is still over-sexualized and used for marketing purposes but censored when it comes to show breast and nipples digitally.

While I sat a lot with plant medicine, I opened up to indigenous ways of feminism. In these ancient traditions women are seen and celebrated as powerful beings by nature. When bleeding they are freed from daily tasks so that they can just rest in a Moon Hut, focusing to cleanse their bodies and the environment. In indigenous culture the womb is the most powerful organ, as it is the portal for life to be born into this Earth Realm. The womb holds infinite potential to create, not only life, but also to birth projects, visions and ideas into physical matter. Bleeding is a sacred practice where women connect with their cleansing and creation force. In most indigenous tribes women live their lifes topless, openly breastfeeding their babies as it is a natural practice. Indigenous women mostly home-birth their babies as they are very connected with the birthing-shaman that every female body naturally internalizes. After birthing the mother carries the baby close to their body - mostly for years so the physical independency can happen organically and non-violent.

Is it a consequence to colonialism that we lost our natural instincts as women ?

My own Womb Path

I started to connect with my womb with the age of 35. There I started to wear period underwear and i just felt my cycle very differently. I rest when I bleed, the pain I used to have is gone. Later on, in the powrful setting of a plant medicine ceremony I received the message “ You want to be a mother” and I was shocked at first. But when I felt into it, I understood that trauma didn´t allow me to even think of becoming a mother. The last two years I did intense work on my womb. All women store a lot of transgenerational trauma in the womb due to patriachial oppression, abuse and persecution. Today i am 39 and even though I do not have a partner yet, the spirit of my baby boy already says “Hello” in dreams and I can`t wait for the physiacl experience of pregnancy and birth. I recently started to drink my moon cycle blood. It is an ancient practice and a very strong medicine. It helps to heal internalized trauma that is held unconsiously. Our body tissue stores events - better to say their emotions. Our moon cycle blood holds transgenerational trauma information. Here is why: The overies and all available egg cells that can be fertilized already grow in the embryo state at months 3. Meaning the egg cell that you arised from already existed in your grandmothers womb when she was pregnant with your monther. Can you imagine how much information is stored in our egg cells ? And can you guess now why drinking our menstruation blood is a healing practice?

Peace arises from your womb.

Why is it so important to do Womb Empowerment Work?

The current world is lead by white men and we see the result. Nature is crying for help, leading governments still practice war culture and women are still oppressed - only seemingly empowered. Weapon industry is blooming while health care still supports the Western Way of living ignoring our very appropriate reactions to abusive systems. We live in 2024 and it is time to acknowledge that something is wrong when still people die due to war, hunger and missing medical support.

Can your human heart receive that ?

Yes world leading systems are abusive - they steal the land of indigenous people, steal their resources only for Western profit and they use us - our energy, our way of thinking - to keep the colonial and patriarchial mindset alive. The world needs us - our loving care, our sacred anger, our creation force. The current governments will not change. It is us that have the power and the responsibility to create a new system, a New Earth, a different future for the children. Trauma work is one of the main tools for a better future. With the work that we are doing we do not only enrich our own life, but we heal what our ancestors could not heal and we do work for the next generations. Please know that by doing womb purification work we are making a big difference. We consciously chose to write new stories by dismanteling colonial, capitalistic and patriarchial programming. We allow ourselves to return to nature, the wisom we hold in our bodies and we aim to stay deeply connected with the great spirit.

Do you hear the calling ?

How does a Womb Purification Ceremony look like?

In the Womb Purification Ceremony we firstly speak about your Moon Cycle and any difficulties you might experience around your period, self-worth, self-love, bounderies, sexuality, your body, getting pregnant or birthing projects into form.

After we defined an intention we gonna start with the first part of the ceremony - the inner work part. Here I gonna guide you in a meditative state as I channel questions that will activate your body wisdom so you can dig deeper into blockages and wounds/survival mechanisms you hold. We ll work with the topic your body would reveal. Please know that your body holds a great intelligence and would always act in your best interest. We work on emotional release, reconnect with inner parts and channel a Mantra that will guide your Womb Purification Path further on.

The second part of the ceremony is all about relaxation and allowing the inner work to unfold. I ll work on your womb with massage, touch through feathers, vibrations with sound fork and a beautiful Earth Altar with flower petals, healing stones and candles on your tummy. The touch by flowers activate a deep and primal wisdom in your body - you will remember the peace, calmness that you hold in your body - you even might feel a sensation of wholeness.

As all rituals and ceremonies this offer is not a quick fix but an experience that will give new insights, tools to work with afterwards and a way of connecting to yourself that you can practice and deepen with time.

Does your body ressonate with what you `ve read ?

Oh yes, I m ready to ease my womb.

Please reach out with your intension to do the work and the topic around womanhood that challenges you the most at the current times.

The ceremony is about three hours. As it is intense inner work it is recommended to have time to rest afterwards. Please try to reduce your stress level the days before and nourish yourself with good food and enough rest. I invite you to observe your body and mind. Which topic is presen ? Which emotions come up often ? Please know it is very normal to be nervous and exciting :)
